The great room has a 65 inch screen where you can hold meetings and presentations. There is a long HDMI cable available so you can plug your computers in easily and present your content.
There is a 42" screen in the upstairs loft where you can also plug in and present your content.

The dining table is 104 inches long and has two leaves that extend it to 148 inches long. This makes for a great spot for brainstorming, meetings, project planning, strategy sessions, team meals and more. There are plenty of chairs and a long bench on one side of the table.
The table will seat 15 people comfortably.

The Loft
This upstairs space has a 42 inch screen and enough seating for a team to gather and collaborate. There is a great view to get those creative juices flowing.
Kitchen Island
The island in the kitchen is very large and has 6 stools around it. There is plenty of space to spread out any materials so everyone can see them.
Screened Porch
Everyone's favorite spot! There is enough seating and a coffee table for teams to gather. The view of the wetlands will inspire the team to think differently and creatively.
Great Room
This is the main living space. The huge wrap couch provides plenty of seating. The large square coffee table let's everyone spread out with their laptops. The 65" screen offers a large presentation area.
Dining Table
Teams can gather around this table and put their plans for world domination together. There is A LOT of space for materials on this table and plenty of room for team members to gather around.
Bethany Beach is a great place for a corporate retreat if you are located in the Washington DC metro area or the Baltimore MD metro area.
